    Human Capital Consultant Role

    This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Capital Consultant. As a key member of our professional services group, you will be responsible for providing solutions and support for our clients' human capital management needs.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) HCM modules and experience in providing production support and troubleshooting complex Oracle HCM issues. Additionally, they will have a solid understanding of business processes related to human resources, payroll, and talent management.

    In this role, you will collaborate with business users to gather requirements, assess impact, and provide functional support for HCM business processes. You will also configure and maintain HCM modules in accordance with business requirements and system upgrades.

    You will assist in the development of user guides, training materials, and documentation to support HCM system functionality. Furthermore, you will perform root-cause analysis on recurring system issues and propose long-term solutions to prevent reoccurrence.

    The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders. They will also be able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide day-to-day support for Oracle e-Business Suite HCM modules.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Oracle HCM.
    • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide functional support for HCM business processes.
    • Configure and maintain HCM modules in accordance with business requirements and system upgrades.
    • Assist in the development of user guides, training materials, and documentation to support HCM system functionality.
    • Perform root-cause analysis on recurring system issues and propose long-term solutions to prevent reoccurrence.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience working with Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) HCM modules.
    • Working functional knowledge of key Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Self-Service, etc.).
    • Experience in providing production support and troubleshooting complex Oracle HCM issues.
    • Familiarity with ITIL practices, including incident, change, and problem management.
    • Solid understanding of business processes related to human resources, payroll, and talent management.
