    Overview:


    TheManager Strategic Business Development(Software Product Industry) plays a crucial role in driving thegrowth of the companys software product. This role involvesidentifying new business opportunities forging partnerships andleveraging market insights to achieve strategic objectives. Theindividual will lead initiatives to propel the products marketpresence and ensure sustained competitiveadvantage.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Developand execute strategic plans for business expansion and revenuegrowth
    • Develop and executecomprehensive strategies for global business development targetingnew markets and expanding existingones.
    • Identify andpursue business opportunities that align with DDi Smart Technologysoverall objectives.
    • Conduct marketanalysis to identify emerging trends andopportunities
    • Lead the product developmentefforts in alignment with marketdemands
    • Establish and nurture strategicpartnerships with key industryplayers
    • Lead the endtoend clientacquisition process from identifying prospects to closing dealsCraft and negotiate business deals andcontracts
    • Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients understanding their needs and proposingtailored solutions.
    • Drive theproduct roadmap in collaboration with crossfunctionalteams
    • Assess and mitigate risks to ensuresustainable business growth
    • Identify and pursuenew market segments and geographicalexpansion
    • Manage the products competitivepositioning and differentiationstrategy
    • Oversee the implementation ofgotomarket strategies
    • Analyze and optimizepricing and packaging strategies
    • Collaboratewith sales and marketing teams to drive productadoption
    • Provide insights into customer needsand preferences to guide productenhancements
    • Stay updated with industrydevelopments and competitive landscape
    • Presentregular reports on business development initiatives andoutcomes.

    Global/ InternationalExpansion:
    • Develop andexecute plans for international expansion considering cultural andregional nuances.
    • Navigate regulatoryrequirements and challenges associated with global businessdevelopment.


    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors/Mastersdegree in Computer Science preferably with an MBA/PG in BusinessAdministration/BusinessManagement.
    • Proven experience instrategic business development preferably in software productdomain
    • Demonstrated success in driving productgrowth and market expansion
    • Indepthunderstanding of market analysis and strategicplanning
    • Strong negotiation and contractmanagement skills
    • Ability to leadcrossfunctional teams and drive collaborativeefforts
