RoleandResponsibilities:

• Designdevelop and validate productionprocesses.
• Create and implement trial planswhile setting process parameters.
• Improvelayouts and optimize shop floor areas for increasedefficiency.
• Standardize workstations to enhanceproductivity.
• Create relevant documentsincluding PPAP Control Plan SPC PCR change and 7QCtools.
• Utilize quality instruments and conductdrawing studies.
• Ensure correlation of finalassembly masters.
• Apply knowledge of 5s KaizenPoka Yoke and TPM principles.
• Assure compliancewith documents related to IATF16949:2016.
• Participate in new part developmentand line stepupinitiatives.

CandidateQualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree in Engineering or a relatedfield.
• Proven experience in productionengineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledgeof process design development andvalidation.
• Familiarity with PPAP Control PlanSPC and other relevant documents.
• Proficiencyin utilizing quality instruments and conducting drawingstudies.
