Position: Quality Analyst

Location: Gurugram & Indore (Work from Office)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality of our software products.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize test cases for automation.
• Review and refine existing test cases to ensure thorough coverage of all scenarios.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members to enhance their skills and expertise.
• Analyze QA-related feedback from clients and stakeholders to continuously improve our testing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in QA, with a focus on both Manual and Automation testing.
• Strong proficiency in test case creation, execution, and review.
• Experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of guiding and mentoring junior team members.
