We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our vibrant team. This role involves managing the selection, procurement, and delivery of women's western wear products across our sales channels. The Senior Merchandiser will play a pivotal role in ensuring our product offerings align with market demands and contribute to our strategic goals.

*Key Responsibilities*

-Seek for new Vendors for our Product Range internationally

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure a competitive edge in product offerings.

Analyze sales data and market trends to proactively adjust and enhance our product lines.

Collaborate with the buying and design teams to align merchandise assortments with consumer trends and seasonal shifts.

Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to strategize effective launches, promotions, and sales tactics.

Maintain optimal inventory levels through efficient stock management.

Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable purchase terms and conditions.

Oversee the entire merchandise lifecycle, from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely arrivals and quality compliance.

*Required Qualifications*

Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising within the fashion industry.

Proficient in using retail management software and strong analytical skills.

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

Capable of both independent and collaborative work.
