    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager/General Manager in Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing initiatives.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both B2B and B2C sales within the ed-tech or related industries.

    This role involves strategizing and implementing effective sales and marketing plans to drive growth and increase market share.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and ensure a strong presence in the education sector.
    • Sales Management: Lead B2B and B2C sales efforts, including establishing relationships with schools, educational institutions, and direct consumers.
    • Marketing Initiatives: Oversee marketing strategies, including digital marketing, content creation, social media campaigns, and brand management.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and challenges in the edtech sector.
    • Team Building and Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a highperforming sales and marketing team to achieve set targets.
    • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Revenue Generation: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales and marketing team.
    • Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales and marketing performance and strategic initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the edtech or education sector.
    • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales dynamics.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
    • Innovative and strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset.
