    Team Leadership:

    • Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the South region.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving.
    • Maintain relationship with existing business partner.

    Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

    • Implement robust sales forecasting and reporting mechanisms to provide accurate and timely insights to the executive team.
    • Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

    Market Expansion:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, including potential markets, industries, and partnerships.

    Budget Management:

    • Manage the sales budget for the South region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
    • 3-4 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the automation industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

    Skills:

    • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
