    Description

    We are looking for an exceptional Co-founder cum Director on our vision to We are looking for an exceptional Co-founder cum Director on our vision to expand AtoZ VirtuaL brand globally. She will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of AtoZ VirtuaL's operations, staff management, financial activities, business growth & expansion worldwide, and client engagement.

    What we expect from her:

    Engage in fundraising and managing investor relations

    Collaborate closely with the founder cum owner to build and execute an effective business plan

    Develop a detailed working structure using appropriate software tools to monitor and track the progress of the team and the projects undertaken.

    Coordinate with internal and external team for the flawless execution of the business activities

    Responsible for identifying customers in key verticals and increasing revenue in the B2B & B2C space.

    Help connecting globally with a variety of businesses ranging from SME to corporate, making sure alignment at the functional level to identify efficiencies, provide consistency, streamline processes, methodologies and practices in all the areas while promoting best practices

    Work closely with all level of employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances

    Assume full accountability for the AtoZ VirtuaL's P&L, ensuring revenue targets, cost controls, and profitability goals are consistently achieved.

    Drive the growth of the AtoZ VirtuaL by identifying opportunities for expansion, introducing new services, and creating innovative promotions.

    Develop and implement strategies to enhance the AtoZ VrituaL's competitive position in the market.

    Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

    Develop marketing initiatives, special occasion promotions, and creative campaigns to attract and retain clients. Manage social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to enhance the AtoZ VirtuaL's online presence and engagement.

    Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing the AtoZ VirtuaL's financial performance, staff productivity, client engagement, and other key metrics for the founder's review.

    Design and implement training programs to upskill AtoZ VirtuaL staff, ensuring they are equipped with the latest techniques and industry trends.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business transactions.

    Any other duties as essential for the business growth and expansion worldwide

    Offer:

    This position is an equity-only opportunity for the initial days on the investment made and the responsibilities undertaken. With the company's growth and expansion, compensation will be adjusted accordingly.

    Location: Remote in starting months
