Your key goals and responsibilities (include but is not limited to):

• Develop and implement the company's overall technology strategy, including long-term goals and roadmap.
• Lead and manage the technology team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technological solutions, products, and services.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our technology infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize technology needs and requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to recommend innovative solutions.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders related to technology initiatives.
• Develop and manage the technology budget, including cost optimization strategies.
• Provide leadership and guidance on emerging technologies, such as AI, cloud computing, and data analytics.
• Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the technology team and across the organization.
• Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and forums, showcasing our technical capabilities and thought leadership.

What you MUST have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a technologydriven organization specially in a startup company.
• Strong technical expertise in areas such as software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Proven track record of successfully leading technology projects and teams.
• Experience in budget management and vendor/partner relationship management.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for startups, innovation, and disruptive technologies, coupled with a resultsoriented mindset and a bias for action.
