    Description

    • Act as Subject Matter Expert on Oracle EBS
    • Hands on Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Release12 with strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Architecture and technicalaspects of Oracle Applications
    • Highly self-motivated, detail oriented and committedindividual with an ability to take up initiatives and execute tasks with fullownership and able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressureenvironment with minimal direction.
    • Good technical and functional knowledge of any twomodules of Oracle Applications from GL, AP, AR, FA, SLA, CE, iProcurement, andiExpenses is must.
    • Deriving resolution of application problems/issuespredominantly in Procure to pay cycle.
    • Ensure new services have a fully developed end toend support structure, including processes, SLAs and KPIs commensurate with businessrequirements and priorities.
    • Owner of driving major incidents & problemtickets ensuring coordination with resolving parties, effective communicationto stakeholders and post incident review.
    • Demonstrated ability to work with distributed teamsacross multiple time-zones
    • Supporting key business processes/activitiesincluding Month end and Year end support activities to Business users.
    • Partners with business and technology managers toelicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technicalrequirements.
    • Proficient in writing Functional Design Documents
    • Experience in mapping business requirements, gapanalysis and preparation of Functional/Technical Design documents
    • Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as theyoccur, consistently following through on details while driving innovation aswell as issue resolution and anticipates and prevents problems before theyoccur.
    • Regularly ensuring good health of production systemsand data integrity with upstream/downstream systems
    • Triaging and analyzing application, data andupstream/downstream integration issues and Monitor Alert notifications andSystem logs and take appropriate action
    • Debug complex issues and present their impact alongwith recommended solution to users and management
    • Collaborate with Developers, Business Stakeholders,Testers and other Production Support Engineers to implement innovativetechnical solutions via iterative approach reducing time to delivery
    • Be integral member in signing off the design andsolution developed by development teams before accepting the change inProduction
    • Utilizing past experience to implement innovativeapproaches to help improve business processes and system performance
    • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizeworkload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment
    • Improve the enterprise systems by leveragingexisting solutions when building new technology
    • Collaborate with non ERP development teams to designefficient, supportable and scalable solutions
    • Prepare OracleFunctional, Technical Design documents and Unit test documents for the relatedareas.
    • Ability to managetechnical team to ensure performance driven deliveries.
    • Performs otherduties as assigned

    What you need to have:
    Experience in IT as Oracle Techno Functional Finance ConsultantKnowledge in any two Oracle Application Financial Modules Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, iExpenses & iProcurement

    • Should have goodexperience of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices
    • Should have goodknowledge of working on OraclePL/SQL
    • Knowledge of Oracle Application DatabaseArchitecture
    • Ability to build and maintain relationshipswith clients and colleaguesGood communicator & presentation skills to senior stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; proven history of successful problem solving with a sense of urgency
    • Well versed with Effort and Cost management.
    • People Management skills.
    • ExperienceOracle Workflow andBusiness Events (preferred)
    • WebADI and Oracle Application Framework (preferred)
