- Incorporate circular business models into the already existing Omni-channel business model
- Understand the flow of information and the controls to be implemented to guarantee accuracy and reliability of financial and extra financial reporting
- Discover and advise on the best performance indicators to measure circularity and decarbonization
- Ensure all reporting adhere to company standards and local tax and accounting regulations
- Communicate performance in simple and effective terms to business teams to enhance their capacity to improve and achieve objectives for each initiative
- Liaison and control investments and costs
- Take initiatives to innovate and challenge current processes and bring in efficiencies in business and finance
- Drive the annual budgeting, rolling forecast and strategic planning process in collaboration with the business teams
- Impacts from internal and external environment to be factored in to arrive at the right business model and future trajectory
- Anticipate and highlight risks and challenge the forecasting to enable the business teams to take decisions in a profitable and sustainable manner
- Educational qualification: CMA/MBA/CA
- Strong sense of logical reasoning

OBJECTIVE: To understand all the circularity and decarbonization initiatives and diligently weigh out their pros and cons from a sustainability perspective as well as financial point of view and build strong accounting, controlling, reporting methods along with actions to implement a clear and sustainably operating business model.
