• Develop and execute social media ad strategies for our clients to improve their online visibility and lead generation
• Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , and YouTube
• Perform research on the target audience and market trends to identify potential high value keywords, demographics, interests, and behaviors.
• Write compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience and drives clicks and conversions
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, cost-per-click, and return-on-ad-spend, to ensure they are meeting or exceeding established KPIs
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve optimal results
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our social media advertising strategies

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in managing social media advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , and YouTube
• Proven track record of achieving measurable results and improving campaign performance metrics
• Experience with social media advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, Ads, and YouTube Ads
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
