    The candidate should have sufficient experience in the FMCG/CPG sector in India and hands-on skills to justify their marketing investments. The job entails a very outcome-driven engagement with enough flexibility to advise and validate the marketing initiative and outputs with critical stakeholders, like the CFO of FMCG companies served by the client.

    The engagement will lead to the advisor offering sound advice and bridging the gap as neutral party between the marketing and finance office/leadership. The advisor will work for the audit firm, however, exclusively for their FMCG client.

    The ideal candidate:

    • Good knowledge and experience of marketing analytics
    • Should have worked in a reputed marketing agency firm before (mandatory)
    • Should have dealt with clients in the FMCG / FMCH / Pharma Sector
    • Deep knowledge of marketing KPIs SOV, TOM, Click Through rate, etc.
    • Should be able to collate data from existing databases in the company (nielsen, IMRx, etc.)
    • The person will need to create sense of the data dumps, create marketing dashboards and drive strategic conversations with senior stakeholders
    • Working knowledge of marketing softwares
    • Strong PPT skills and good communication skills
