    Senior Manager (New Sales) - Strategic Accounts


    About Us:
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager in Strategic Partnerships to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will drive the identification, cultivation, and management of strategic partnerships with large manufacturing companies, with the primary goal of expanding our strategic partnership base.

    Location - Gurgaon


    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and assess potential strategic alliance partners aligned with our company objectives such as large manufactures across industries.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic alliance roadmap, defining clear partnership objectives and KPIs.
    • Cultivate relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders in potential partner organizations.
    • Negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships, ensuring favorable terms for all parties.
    • Collaborate crossfunctionally to develop joint marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
    • Monitor partnership performance, providing regular reports and analysis for continuous improvement.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies for partnership opportunities.
    • Serve as the primary contact for strategic alliance partners, fostering longlasting relationships.
    • Conduct periodic business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and financial responsibilities.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnership management, preferably in manufacturing industries or BFSI.
    • Strong understanding of the industry landscape and market dynamics.
    • Excellent negotiation, collaboration, and communication skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
    • Initiative, resourcefulness, and accountability.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to industry changes.
    • Experience in financial services or related industries is a plus
