The ideal candidatewill have a deep understanding of SAP CRM functionality as well asstrong technical skills to make code/ABAP changes and writeFunctional Specifications Documents (FSDs).

They will beresponsible for implementing and maintaining SAP CRM solutions tosupport our business processes and drive customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Work closely withbusiness users to gather and understand requirements for SAP CRMsolutions Designdevelop and implement SAP CRM solutions to meet business needs Write FunctionalSpecifications Documents (FSDs) to clearly document requirements Create andmaintain SAP CRM configurations Make code/ABAPchanges to SAP CRM solutions Test andtroubleshoot SAP CRM solutions Provide ongoingsupport to SAP CRM users Work with otherteams to ensure that SAP CRM solutions are integrated with othersystems Stayuptodate on the latest SAP CRM technologies and trendsQualifications Bachelors degreein Computer Science Information Technology or a related field 5 years ofexperience with SAP CRM Strongunderstanding of SAP CRM functionality including sales service andmarketing modules Experience with ABAP programming Experience writingFunctional Specifications Documents (FSDs) Excellentproblemsolving and troubleshooting skills Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
