We looking hire FP&A Manager who will help all management reporting take reporting next level bringing required insights business automating manual process etc If you're excited part winning start-up team make your next career move us Responsibility
Own end-end monthly MIS KPI analysis leadership-ready narratives Manage organization-level budgeting forecasting process including quarterly outlooks scenario modeling consolidation management presentations Maintain strong control P&L cash flow balance sheet forecasting AR/AP analysis ECL forecasting EBITDA-to-net profit visibility overall financial discipline Develop deep understanding business drivers operating levers translating robust spreadsheet models actionable financial insights Perform deep dives operational performance closely tracking business health metrics risks opportunities proactively flagging issues leadership Drive process improvements FP&A automation initiatives including Anaplan implementation improve efficiency scalability Lead monthly unit-level performance reviews finance business stakeholders ensuring forecast integrity issue resolution alignment targets Act primary FP&A point contact audits financial reviews ensuring data accuracy consistency timely responses Requirement Qualified CA years experience FP&A role Strong ability lead discussions influence outcomes collaborate effectively cross-functional teams Excellent hands-on proficiency MS Excel Powerpoint executive presentations Highly detail-oriented analytical problem-solving skills self-driven ownership-oriented mindset Demonstrated ability manage complex financial data priorities tight timelines minimal supervision Working knowledge Excel macros Power Bi & Anaplan added advantage Comfortable operating fast-paced high-accountability environment senior stakeholder exposure Responsibilities
