Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Planning Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing project schedules, monitoring project progress, coordinating with teams to ensure timely completion, and maintaining compliance with project timelines. Additional responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, identifying potential risks, and optimizing processes for improved efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project scheduling, resource planning, and time management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk assessment and mitigation
- Experience in managing on-site operations, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication
- Knowledge of relevant software tools such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Master's in planning from NICMAR
- Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, along with exceptional attention to detail
