Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Commerce or MBA

1-2 Years of Accounting/Finance/ Investor Relationship Management Experience

Excellent Communication, Presentation, Research and Analytical skills.

Candidates having experience/knowledge of logistics and transport industry

would be added advantage

Job Description:

Market analysis, identifying Investors/VCs to be targeted.

Maintaining and expanding the database of prospective investors for the

organization

Develop a healthy investors pipeline that exceeds target expectations along with

ensuring a road-map to get investments.

Serves as the key point of contact for the investment community, initiates

conversations and establishing excellent relationships with investors.

Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis and research, including

financial metrics

Create presentations, pitch decks, and other communication materials for

investor onboarding

Organizes investor conferences and meetings with the management team.

Provides feedback and research to management regarding the investment

community's.

Handles Major Clients and ensures a seamless post-deal

experience / activities such as on-boarding, project implementation, issue

resolution, handling escalations, completing the commercial agreement, legal

reviews.
