    Hunt & pursue for new accounts and then manageand retain them by upselling and cross selling and addingadditional bottom line.

    Map entire account meet decision makerslike CIO CTO CFO CDO IT Head CISO and influencers in the account.
    Work out end to end solution as per the customers businessrequirement. Align PreSales team to provide solutions based oncustomer requirement and win the order. To search for targetcustomers or verticals where we can pitch our products andservices. Ability to regularly meet or exceed all activitystandards like CRM Hygiene prospecting calls appointmentspresentations proposals and closures. Knowledge on Cloud datacenter IT Security is desirable. Negotiations skills. Focus ontimely collection. Must handle multiple accounts. Must have B2Bsales experience. OEM Connects is mandatory. Customer connects inHyderabad is mandatory. Candidate must be from IT Industry andknowledge on IT Products.
