    • Serve as the primary point of contactfor clients ensuring exceptional customersatisfaction.
    Salesand ProposalDevelopment:
    • Prepareand deliver compelling sales presentations to prospectiveclients.
    • Collaborate with the technical team tocreate customized proposals that meet clientrequirements.
    • Negotiate contracts and closedeals achieving sales targets andobjectives.
    MarketResearch andAnalysis:
    • Stayabreast of industry trends competitive landscape and marketdevelopments.
    • Conduct market research toidentify emerging opportunities and potential areas forexpansion.
    CollaborationandCommunication:
    • Workclosely with internal teams including marketing product developmentand project management to ensure seamless service delivery andclient satisfaction.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Marketing or a related field (MBA is aplus).
    • Proven experience in businessdevelopment sales or account management preferably in the softwaredevelopment industry.
    • Strong understanding ofSoftware Development as a Service (SDaaS) and relatedtechnologies.
