Description
● Utilize experience in sales practices, particularly with the Government of India, State Governments, PSUs, Banks etc, ensuring compliance with procurement regulations. ● Execute tendering processes documentation, including the latest GEM procedures, from bid identification to submission and post-bid activities.
● Write and prepare comprehensive Request for Proposals (RFPs) and responses, aligning with client requirements and tender specifications.
● Communicate effectively in English and Hindi, facilitating interactions with stakeholders and clients across India.
● Display willingness to travel extensively across India for client meetings, site visits, and other business-related activities.
● Identify new business opportunities and leads with existing customers and acquire new clients, contributing to business growth.
● Manage tender site follow-ups and oversee statutory certifications and tools required for tendering, such as digital signatures and ISO certificate validity.
Requirements:
● Shall have experience in Sales Procedures, especially with the various Governments. ● Shall have experience in Tendering and procedures including the latest GEM tendering procedures.
● Shall have experience in Tender RFP writing & preparing responses. ● Good command of English & Hindi.
● Willingness to travel across India.
● Shall have experience in identifying new business with existing customers and new client acquisitions etc.
● Tender site follow-ups, statutory certifications/tools management for tendering like digital signatures validity, ISO certificates validity, etc.
Experience: 6-12 years
Location: Gurgaon or Hyderabad
