Job Overview
Gamut HR Solutions is in search of a seasoned Financial Controller with the qualifications of CA or CMA. This is a senior-level full-time position based in Hyderabad. Candidates should possess 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial management to effectively handle this role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive knowledge in financial reporting and ability to ensure accurate and timely financial statements (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting to assist in company planning and decision-making processes (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in cost accounting, including analysis of cost structures and cost-saving initiatives (Mandatory skill).
- Strong understanding of IFRS compliance to maintain adherence to international financial standards.
- Experience with ERP systems to optimize and streamline accounting processes.
- Capability in financial analysis to evaluate company performance and guide business strategies.
- Ability to evaluate and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance accuracy of financial data.
- Skill in tax planning and strategies to ensure tax compliance and efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and accuracy in reporting.
- Develop and manage the companys budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
- Conduct cost accounting activities to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
- Implement and monitor effective internal controls to mitigate financial risks and protect company assets.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and other legal regulations related to finance and accounting.
- Manage and optimize financial systems and processes, particularly focusing on ERP system utilization.
- Collaborate with executive management to develop financial strategies and risk management plans.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
