    Job Title: Marketing Manager

    We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Campaign Strategy and Execution:
      • Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
      • Manage end-to-end paid marketing campaigns, including setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
    • Budget Management:
      • Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
      • Monitor campaign spending and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
    • Performance Analysis:
      • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.).
      • Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, insights, and areas of improvement.
    • A/B Testing:
      • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
    • Audience Targeting:
      • Build and refine target audience profiles based on research, insights, and data.
      • Implement advanced targeting techniques like remarketing and lookalike audiences.
    • Collaboration:
      • Work closely with design, content, and development teams to create high-performing creatives and landing pages.
      • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing platforms.
    • SEO/SEM Integration:
      • Collaborate with the SEO team to align campaigns with organic strategies.
      • Ensure proper keyword research, bidding, and quality score optimization.

    Qualifications:
    · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    · Proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising (minimum 2-4 years).
    · Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
    · Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
    · Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    · Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

    Preferred Skills:
    · Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
    · Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo).
    · Knowledge of programmatic advertising and affiliate marketing.
    · Familiarity with CRM platforms and retargeting strategies.
