    Responsibilities:


    • Oversee daytoday operations to ensure all Service Level Agreement(SLA) metrics aremet.
    • Implement company policies across operational areas establish teamgoals and monitor performance againstKPIs.
    • Communicate clearly with associates and senior associates regardingclient expectations andaccountability.
    • Coordinate and participate in the completion of productionstandards recognizing high performers and managing a US clientindependently.
    • Evolve job responsibilities in consultation with seniormanagement.
    • Screen and recruit production staff plan training programs manageemployee issues complete employee reviews and implement HRpolicies.
