- Job Description: Relationship Manager Recruit retail partners and ensure sales generation through those partners. Ensure retention of partners by formulating their development plans. Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis. Identify a pool of potential prospects who can be coded as POSP. Handholding of partners Ownership and servicing of partners. Drive partners activation and progression. Ensure daily market visits for new partner acquisition and servicing of existing partners.
- Qualification Criteria: Relationship Manager Must be a Graduate from the Govt recognized University/College. Must be from a General Insurance background handling Motor dealers, DSA, or Retail Sales in GI companies or Broking Companies. Local market knowledge is essential. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the Insurance broking industry
