We are currently looking for a Technical Recruiter who can manage multiple requisitions, work independently and is a self-starter.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand the technical job requirements from Team lead.
• Source potential candidates from various platform.
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
• Coordinate with clients for interview process.
• Negotiate the offer and follow up with candidate post offer roll out to ensure the candidate joins the organization.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of technical recruitment experience
• Ability to work independently as well as with team, upholding company values and core competencies
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Should be interested in Computer and IT Technology.
