    Job Title – Assistant Manager Business Development

    Experience – 5- 8 Yrs.

    Education – BE / B. Tech (Mechanical), MBA (Marketing/ Operations)

    Location – Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra

    Roles & Responsibilities:


    •Handling / Co-ordination of all activities of Marketing.


    •Identify potential customers and execute the business development plan to reach them.


    •Generate Leads through professional network and market intelligence.


    •Presenting to potential clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and emails.


    •Develop and enhance marketing materials.


    •Responsible for your own lead generation and appointment setting and actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the line managers.


    •Marketing strategies implementation.


    •Capturing benchmarking data of competitors' and other sources.


    •Participation and presentation to customers / exhibitions / trade shows.


    •Negotiate sales, Review of enquiry, Review of contracts / amendments.


    •Prepare quotations / submissions / follow up.


    •Control of catalogues / brochures / web – site details.


    •Customer Account Management.


    •Analysis of new business opportunities.


    •Managing various materials, engineering and commercial aspects.
