    Job Summary:

    We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team in Noida. The role primarily focuses on recruitment (80%) with additional responsibilities in generalist HR functions (20%). Freshers with a BBA or MBA in HR or a relevant field are encouraged to apply, as we are committed to providing a nurturing environment for professional growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment (80%):

    • Sourcing and Acquisition:
    • various platforms and methodologies for candidate sourcing.
    • in the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer stage.
    • Screening and Interviewing:
    • initial screenings to assess candidate suitability.
    • and participate in the interview process.
    • boarding and Orientation:
    • the on boarding process for new hires.
    • a positive and seamless integration into the organization.
    • Branding:
    • to building and promoting the company's employer brand.
    • in campus recruitment activities, if applicable.

    Generalist HR (20%):

    • Relations:
    • to employee queries and concerns in a timely manner.
    • positive employee relations through effective communication.
    • Administration:
    • in maintaining HR records and documentation.
    • in HRIS data entry and management.
    • and Policies:
    • compliance with labour laws and company policies.
    • in policy communication and implementation.
    • Engagement:
    • to employee engagement initiatives and events.
    • feedback to identify areas for improvement in the work environment.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    BBA or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
