Description

Enterprise level knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory architecture and all subcomponents including Directory Services, AD Security, AD Sites/Subnets, AD integrated DDNS, WINS and DHCP services.

• Hands on experience in configuring LDAP and troubleshooting related problems.
• Create and manage AAD, Autopilot, Conditional Access, Configuration Profiles and Compliance policies.
• Should have hands on experience in O365, Intune and MDM.
• Experience in Configuring MFA and Conditional Access policies.
• Device enrolment Policies (Android, Apple, Windows Autopilot)
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in accordance with company policies.
• Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot Directory Synchronization and Federation Services for Azure AD.
• Ability to manage Azure AD services including user, groups, device management, application management and conditional access.
• Strong experience with AD enterprise certificate services, rights management server, AD federation services, and identity manager.
• Expert knowledge on MS Cloud technologies, Mail flow, O365 / Azure, PowerShell scripting &Tenant Administration.
• Experience in designing the ON Prem AD server with Hybrid Azure Sync.
• Should have hands on experience handling servers like Windows 2012, 2016, 2019 & 2022.
• Intermediate level Knowledge of AD replication concepts and troubleshooting AD innersite/intrasite replication issues.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD, including Group Policy, Federation, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• AD User management/access management including permissions.
• OU management including group policy administration.
• Experience in group policies and troubleshooting & implementation.
• Experience and indepth knowledge of DFS & FRS.
• Indepth knowledge on DNS and DNS query, Zone Transfer etc.
• Indepth knowledge of Active Directory Replication troubleshooting and hands on replication tool Repadmin, Dcdiag, AD Rep etc.

• Stay updated on new features and capabilities, and plan and execute upgrades and migrations as needed.
• Train and support end users on the use of Office 365 applications and features

• Experience running Active Directory health checks.
• Monitor trends and developments in the Office 365 ecosystem and keep abreast of changes in the competitive landscape.
• Experience in Scripting, (PowerShell, CMD and Batch script).
• Enterprise monitoring tools like app dynamics, SCOM and Squared up.

• Onsite Experience, working with insurance customers and working in US geography projects will be preferred.
• Assist endusers with AD and ADFSrelated inquiries and issues.
• Provide timely support to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
• Monitor the performance of onpremises AD and ADFS systems and conduct capacity planning to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed documentation of AD and ADFS configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate onpremises AD and ADFS with various applications and services.
• Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure seamless and secure user authentication and authorization processes.
• Enforce security policies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Regularly review and enhance security measures to safeguard the integrity of the AD and ADFS environment.
• Act as a subject matter expert in addressing and resolving complex issues related to Active Directory and ADFS.
• Conduct thorough troubleshooting to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Oversee the daytoday administration, maintenance, and optimization of onpremises Active Directory and ADFS infrastructure.
• Implement best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
• Proven experience in administering and managing onpremises Active Directory and ADFS.
• Indepth knowledge of Windows Server environments.
• Strong understanding of security protocols and best practices.
• Experience with integration of AD and ADFS with thirdparty applications.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to handle critical incidents.
