- 4+ years of experience in End to End Recruitment Cycle.
- Good experience in Non IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience in Bulk Hiring, Volume Hiring & Campus Hiring.
- Experience in Lateral Hiring.
- Experience in Healthcare Domain, BPO Domain would be an added advantage.
- Use Job Portals & social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidates
- Sourcing, Screening & Validating profiles for open positions.
- Responsible for an interview schedule, shortlisting, follow up to understand offer closure & negotiation.
- Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify each positions requirements.
- Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates.
- Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles.
- Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases.
- Follow a sustainable candidate lead strategy to create back-ups.
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of sourcing channels and appropriate screening process.
- Arranging of Drives and document collection wherever necessary.
