    Job Description:

    We are looking for an IT Sales Development Representative to be a key player in our startup's expansion. This role involves strategic engagement with a diverse range of clients, from high-profile corporate and enterprise-level businesses to emerging companies seeking innovative IT solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept in promoting and selling our IT consultancy services and solutions, tailored to meet the varied needs of each client. Key responsibilities include a comprehensive understanding of our services, accurately identifying client IT requirements across different business scales, and presenting our consultancy capabilities to effectively meet these varied needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Master the technical aspects of our IT consultancy services and solutions, catering to a wide range of business needs.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for corporate clients, including setting and achieving sales targets.
    • Identify market opportunities within the corporate sector, generate leads, and evaluate potential clients' technology needs.
    • Craft customized service proposals and conduct negotiations on consultancy contracts, focusing on corporate agreements.
    • Offer post-sales support by responding to client feedback and adapting services accordingly.
    • Monitor sales metrics, document performance, and maintain a competitive edge by staying informed about industry developments.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients from various business backgrounds, ensuring their IT service needs are fully met.
    • Conduct client-focused sessions, showcasing the relevance of IT solutions to a variety of business challenges and opportunities.
    • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.
    • Gather requirements from clients.

    Requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in IT sales, with a proven ability to engage a diverse range of business clients.
    • Proficiency in developing marketing and sales strategies that appeal to various types of businesses within the IT sector.
    • Solid understanding of IT industry terminology and trends, with the ability to communicate complex IT concepts to a corporate audience.
    • Proven ability in negotiating and closing sales deals, contracts, and service agreements.
    • Capability to evaluate and respond to client feedback, providing outstanding after-sales service tailored to each client.
    • Experience with CRM tools for managing corporate client relationships and sales pipelines.
    • In-depth insight into different customer behaviors and industry trends within the IT consultancy field.
    • Exceptional communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, facilitating effective interactions with clients and team members.
