    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bench Sales Lead to join our team at Indus Group Inc. As the Bench Sales Lead, you will be responsible for managing the bench sales process, driving revenue, and ensuring the success of our bench candidates. This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 4 to 6 years of experience in bench sales or similar sales roles
    • Proven track record of driving revenue and achieving sales targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
    • In-depth knowledge of the bench sales process and industry trends
    • Familiarity with job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage the bench sales process and drive revenue through the placement of bench candidates
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable candidates
    • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
    • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for client requirements
    • Coordinate with clients and candidates to schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process
    • Negotiate compensation and other employment terms with candidates and clients
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to bench candidates, ensuring their success and satisfaction
    • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the bench sales landscape
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company
