Job Summary: Weare seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT TechnicalRecruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for sourcing screening and providing a shortlist ofqualified candidates for technical roles. The recruiter will alsonetwork online and offline with potential candidates to promote ouremployer brand reduce our timetohire and ensure we attract the bestprofessionals.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Write and post technical job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms like DiceMonster TechFetch etc
• Parse specialized skillsand qualifications to screen IT resumes.
• Perform prescreening calls to analyze applicantsabilities.
• Interview candidates combiningvarious methods (e.g. structured interviews technical assessmentsand behavioral questions).
• Collaborate with ITteam leaders to forecast department goals and hiringneeds.
• Participate in tech conferences andmeetups to network with IT professionals.
• Onboard new hires and integrate them into the companyculture.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience of 1 to 3 years as aTechnical Recruiter or Recruiter.
• Handsonexperience with various interview formats (e.g. phone Skypestructured).
• Technical expertise with anability to understand and explain job requirements for ITroles.
• Familiarity with Applicant TrackingSystems and resume databases.
• Excellent verbaland written communication skills.
• A solidunderstanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
• BSc in Human Resources Management IT or anydegree.
