- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing consultants through regular in-person meetings, phone calls, and networking events.

- Consultant Engagement: Organize and participate in events, webinars, or seminars to educate consultants and their students about Redrob's offerings.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the key point of contact for any consultant-related queries or issues, resolving matters in a professional and timely manner to ensure strong partnership bonds.
- Reporting: Track and report key metrics, including referral rates, consultant satisfaction, and loan approvals, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or relationship management, preferably in the education or finance sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present professionally and persuasively to consultants and partners.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory to meet consultants and partners face-to-face.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to ensure consultants exclusively refer students to Redrob for financing solutions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
