A financial institution that specialises in shorttermlending is urgently looking for a Sales Operations Specialist tojoin their team.
The successfulcandidate will need to have a eye for detail and a sense of urgencybeing able to deliver the best possible customer experience totheir channel partners.

Their channel partners areattorneys conveyancers and support secretaires. As a Sales Supportspecialist the expectation is that you are able to support theirpartners by:

• Ensuring partners are onboardedcorrectly

• Channel partners are screenedresearched and full due diligence is conducted.

• Partners are set up on their internal systems

• Users are trained and supported on theirportal

• New leads are captured on theirinternal systems and are actioned accordingly

•Diaries are maintained and appointments set up for Key AccountExecutive for introductory meetings

• New dealsare screened and packaged for credit and any outstandinginformation is requested from channel partners and Key AccountExecutive when and need be

• The channelsupport specialist is the conduit between Credit andSales

• Settlement Figures are timelesslyprovided to channel partners

• The Channelsupport Specialist acts as the first point of contact for allchannel partners across the bridging suit of products

• Ageing feedback is captured on internalsystems

Requirements:

•Strong EQ and communication skills

• Attentionto detail

•Fluent in English

• Technical Skills: Microsoft365 package including excel Outlook andSharePoint
