    COLD CHAIN INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

    We are seeking a dedicated and organized Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Specialist will play a critical role in assisting our sales representatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting our sales efforts.

    Responsibilities

    · Business Development for new clients in the targeted segments like Food and Pharma for the designated territory or category.

    · Managing recurring sales to existing allocated clients and providing timely response and resolving their queries.

    · Cross Selling and Up-Selling – Getting higher wallet share by selling additional services likes Cold Logistics and Dry Logistics.

    · Maintaining and developing relationships across the value chain on the customer side to be the preferred partner of choice.

    · Maintain and update customer databases, including contact information, leads, and sales opportunities, to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

    · Act as a liaison between customers and Operations team, handling inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.

    · Managing End-to-end sales cycle including collections and working in tandem with Sales Support and MIS team.

    Ensuring on-time contract renewal

    Requirements

    · Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

    · Previous experience in sales or a related role is a plus.

    · Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

    · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    · Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

    · Detail-oriented and highly organized.

    · Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
