    An ideal candidate is a sales professional who helps us grow by identifying and developing new business opportunities. Their duties include searching for new clients, finding new potential services to offer, and helping the company expand to new markets. Ultimately, an outstanding business development executive will keep a close eye on clients' feedback to ensure that our services always exceed expectations.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
    • Conducting extensive market research
    • Creating actionable business strategies
    • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
    • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
    • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
    • Nurturing relationships with clients
    • Analysing market trends

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
    • 1+ year Sales/Business Development experience required. Previous experience in a Marketing Agency preferred.
    • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.
    • Ability to generate revenue by identifying requirements and suggesting suitable products or services.
    • Neat, well-groomed appearance.
    • Great networking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
