- To carry out Routine testing & Final Inspection of Current and voltage Transformers
- To maintain,preserve and update daily Internal testing and Final Inspection records as per Quality Control Plans & Process Manuals and email the Test Certificates to the customers.
- To ensure the Calibration of the equipments and maintain the updated calibration plan.
- To inform the correct test results to the concerned person.
- To keep record of Non Conformities.
- To carry out analysis of the rejection with respective Section Head.
- To update the information related to Indian standards.
- To maintain the sectional documented information.
- To follow the checklist for preparing Incoming Material Inspection Report.
- On time Inspection Report preparation.
- Maintaining Rejection,Rework record.
- 5 S monitoring at the department
- Analytical mindset
- Troubleshooting skills
- To able to interpret and understand Quality standards and regulations
- Computer Proficiency in MS Office
