    Opportunity for Business Analyst Role

    We invite you to explore an exceptional opportunity with us as a Business Analyst.

    About the Role

    This is a role for an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record in the BFSI domain.

    Responsibilities:

    • 5+ years of experience in the BFSI domain, specifically in Insurance.
    • Strong expertise in business analysis methodologies.
    • Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Basic knowledge of Architecture (Logical) principles and appreciation of technologies like Mainframe, Cloud, Automation.
    • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC models in engagements.
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools like MS Visio, Excel to create process flow diagrams, approach documents, NFR documents, RACI matrix, etc.
    • Experience in implementing 3rd party integrations.
    • Excellent documentation and interpersonal skills.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Technology (Btech) plus Master's in Business Administration (MBA).

    Required Skills

    Requirement gathering and analysis, analysis of new business requirements, strategic road mapping for clients, and translation into product-specific designs.

    Pre-sales experience supporting business development teams and working knowledge of SQL commands are preferred.
