Job Description:

Create visually appealing designs for digital and print marketing materials, collaborating with the team to understand project goals and target audience.

Responsibilities:

- Create visually compelling digital and print marketing designs, including social media graphics, website assets, advertisements, and promotional materials.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.

- Conceptualize and develop innovative design concepts that align with brand identity and messaging.

- Produce high-quality graphics that effectively communicate key messages and evoke desired emotions or actions.

- Adapt designs for various platforms and formats while maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity.

- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve skills and deliver cutting-edge designs.

- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and manage multiple design tasks simultaneously.

- Review and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals.

- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects to facilitate collaboration and version control.

- Strong proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Proficiency in logo designing and UI/UX design. Package design is a plus.

- A keen eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts.

- A portfolio showcasing a range of design work and creative solutions across different mediums and platforms.

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field preferred.
