    The Chief Business Officer (CBO) will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the B2C business strategy, overseeing the entire profit and loss spectrum.

    The selected individual will be responsible for driving sales, marketing, revenue expansion, and collections, as well as strategically assembling and leading teams nationwide.


    • Additionally, the CBO will actively contribute to product development, manage tasks ranging from establishing distribution channels to recruitment, and foster partnerships with OEMs. Their responsibilities also extend to crafting financial products, driving portfolio growth, ensuring portfolio quality, and achieving segment profit and loss targets.
    • The incumbent should possess a solid foundation in commercial/retail vehicle finance, a talent for people management, and a proven track record of successfully launching new businesses, preferably in vehicle financing.
    • We are in search of a visionary leader who can elevate the B2C business to new heights, transitioning it from its current state to limitless growth. This will involve building effective channels and teams, fostering a culture of collections, all while maintaining a keen focus on profitability.
    • The ideal candidate is a motivated leader and team player, passionate about driving results, managing teams, and approaching problemsolving with creativity.
    Strategic Leadership

    • Defining and executing the right strategy for business development activities ensuring its fit with the company's broader vision and ambition.
    • Building out a robust sales and collections strategy for the company
    • Identify areas of improvement in teams and processes and take necessary initiatives to bridge these gaps for delivery to longterm strategy.
    • Participating in management meetings and senior leadership discussions on key strategic matters.
    Channel Development and Management

    • Setup and scale pan India retail sales and collection team to drive penetration and market share in electrical small commercial vehicle business
    • Identify and develop phygital and alternate channel strategies to acquire customers at an effective cost of acquisition
    • Develop and inculcate a relationship approach in customer engagement for line sales staff to increase customer wallet share and prevent bounce.
    Book Growth & Quality:


    • Design for and manage book growth and OEM market share targets.
    • Design for and deliver industry leading collections performance.
    • Building Partnerships and Market linkages
    • Onboard and manage vehicle OEM relationships
    • Identify and onboard ecosystem partners for lead sourcing, cross sell, customer revenue assurance, resale and redeployment of vehicles.
    • Nurturing the right partnerships and building the ecosystem for cKer's enables greater visibility in the market.
    Team Management & Product Development:


    • Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational objectives with a flat hierarchy.
    • Conduct performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate training and development programs.
    • Extracting highest level of efficiency and productivity from the sales team.
    • Identify opportunities for new products and segments
    • Building innovative products and segments in line with the cKers's vision along with maximizing penetration of its existing products into the target markets
    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:


    • An MBA with 15+ years of experience in retail loan sales roles in NBFCs, Banks or fintechs
    • Experience working in high growth environment with proven ability to partner with leadership team to deliver revenue growth
    • Demonstrated the capability of building sales and collection franchise not necessarily pan India.
    • Started demonstrating as a second line leader for a state/two state or a region/couple of regions.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and product profitability.
    • Ability to manage big picture thinking as well as be able to get handson. Experience in channel setup, business development, product development, relationship management
    • Strong team management and interpersonal skills
