    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop compelling digital and print materials, including social media graphics, marketing campaigns, advertisements, presentations, brochures, and banners.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute end-to-end campaigns that align with brand objectives.
    • Create engaging video content for campaigns, handling editing and post-production tasks.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and deliver the intended message.
    • Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions to enhance brand visibility.
    • Organize and maintain design files, templates, and project documentation.
    • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.
    • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and deliver high-quality final outputs.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of working on successful marketing campaigns.
    • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
    • Experience in video editing and motion graphics to create engaging digital content.
    • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign-based designs, digital and print materials, and video content.
    • Excellent creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
