    Description

    Teamware Solutions is seeking a proficient Adobe Sign Specialist to integrate and optimize electronic signature workflows within our business processes. You'll play a crucial role in enabling secure, efficient, and legally compliant digital document signing, streamlining operations and enhancing the user experience for various departments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, configure, and implement electronic signature workflows using Adobe Sign to meet specific business requirements.
    • Integrate Adobe Sign with existing enterprise applications such as CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP, Microsoft SharePoint, and custom systems.
    • Create and manage Adobe Sign templates, forms, and workflows, ensuring proper field mapping, conditional logic, and signing order.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Adobe Sign-related issues, ensuring seamless document processing.
    • Develop documentation, including user guides, training materials, and technical specifications for Adobe Sign implementations.
    • Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the Adobe Sign platform.
    • Stay updated on Adobe Sign features, best practices, and e-signature legal compliance standards.
    • Collaborate with business users, legal teams, and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains through digital signatures.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as an Adobe Sign Specialist, Administrator, or Developer.

    Skills Required:

    • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Sign configuration, template creation, and workflow management.
    • Solid understanding of electronic signature processes and legal compliance standards (e.g., eIDAS, ESIGN Act).
    • Experience with integrating Adobe Sign with popular business applications (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft 365, SharePoint).
    • Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into effective digital signature solutions.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with API integrations (RESTful APIs) is a plus.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Adobe Certified Professional in Document Cloud or similar certification.
    • Experience with other Adobe products (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Experience Manager Forms).
    • Knowledge of other e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign).
    • Basic understanding of JavaScript for form validation or custom functionalities.
