ROC Compliances:

All Secretarial & compliances of ROC including Annual Filings and Event based Compliances/ additional compliances as may be prescribed by the concerned Authority from time to time.

RBI Compliances;

Event based compliances as per Master Direction for any changes in the director/auditor, change of address, and assist in filing of Returns of RBI.

Reply of RBI Notices under Master Direction for ND SI NBFC to adhere to the compliances.

Compliances with respect to FIU-IND appointment of principal officer and Designated Director.

• Good Communication & drafting skills
• Willingness to Learn & Take initiative beyond routine responsibility
• Maintain and adhere to compliance guidelines
• liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors;

Filing of Statutory and Supervisory various returns in XBRL Mode as well as RBI

Data Management:

Preparation and Sharing Financial data in coordination with Product Team/Secretarial Compliance /Quarterly Compliance Report, Half yearly Compliance Report to the Lenders (Banks/FI/NBFC)

Other Ancillary and incidental work attached to the Job Profile as may be decided by the Management.

Training and proper guidance will be provided initially.

Apart from this we need your bank statement as a proof of your salary credit as per discussion.
