    Regional Manager - Sales Loan Against Property


    Job Description:

    • Formulating fruitful business development strategies to ensure longterm success
    • Undertake sound financial management to ensure branches are profitable and stay within budget.
    • Ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines.
    • Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
    • Lead a team of Area managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
    • Set standards and objectives for different products and departments
    • Optimizing and overseeing operations to ensure efficiency
    • Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
    • Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or consolidation
    • To recruit , train and channelize the available resources to have maximum productivity
    • To achieve the given ANR , PBT , Revenue and NCL targets for the region

    Desired Skill Set:

    • ANR & PBT targets
    • Product Innovation & new market development to have higher revenue
    • To ensure at least 85% of team are above productivity level
    • Ensure that 100% team members aligned to business Processes like FTR & TAT
    • Infant delinquency & Service guarantee
