    We are seeking a highly skilled RF Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BTS (Base Transceiver Station) work and a solid understanding of WAN IP, LAN IP, and RF installation processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Installation and configuration of RF equipment, switches, and routers

    • Performing BTS-related tasks to ensure optimal performance of the link

    • Managing and troubleshooting WAN IP and LAN IP configurations

    • Sites survey/feasibility for P2MP & P2P Links and reports submission

    • Troubleshooting all networks-related issues and equipment's

    • Maintenance of network and customer faults within agreed SLA

    • Attending other proactive activities like KPI Corrections, Dismantling, device Installations etc.

    • Maintain Spares for hardware replacement

    • Preventive Maintenance of Circuits in the cycle of 6 months Corrective Maintenance on the repeated faults

    • Collaborate with the cross-functional team (NOC, TOCO, Microwave, OEM, etc.) to ensure seamless RF operations

    • Updating ticket status with ETA and ETR in tool

    • Provide inputs for updating the Mapa (Database) with accurate site information

    • Maintaining the relationship with his ckt base customer

    Qualifications:

    • Expertise on RF UBR equipments (Cambium, Radwin, HFCL, Maksat, etc.)

    • Works on Switches (ZTE, Huawei, Maksat, etc.) and Routers (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.)

    • Ability to install, configure, and maintain RF equipment

    • Basic understanding of telecom infrastructure and tower-related operations

    • Experience in BTS operations

    • Familiar with WAN IP and LAN IP

    • Familiar with safety protocols and equipment

    • Minimum 6 months of experience as a RF Engineer or in a similar role

    • Education: B.E, B.Tech, Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Higher Secondary
