- Supervise and manage the maintenance team in the workshop/tool room
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities for all equipment and tools
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance services
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and materials required for maintenance
- Ensure the workshop/tool room is kept clean and organized
- Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their technical skills
- Monitor and report on the performance of equipment and tools
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize maintenance processes and minimize downtime
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of equipment and tool maintenance procedures
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
