    Job Description:

    We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer who can contribute significantly to the design and development of new mechanical components for mechatronic systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and optimizing structural components while adhering to sound engineering principles.

    • Design and develop new mechanical components for mechatronic systems, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, and cost requirements.
    • Conceptualize and simulate structural components to optimize performance and efficiency.
    • Execute design analysis using sound engineering fundamentals, including stress analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), and computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
    • Create detailed CAD models and technical drawings in accordance with industry standards.
    • Prototype components using a variety of materials and manufacturing processes, considering factors such as material properties, manufacturing feasibility, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Utilize reverse engineering techniques when necessary to improve existing components or troubleshoot issues.
    • Perform simulations to analyze and validate designed components, interpreting results to refine designs as needed.

    Designation for the Position: Project Engineer

    Experience: 1-2 Years

    Desired Technical Skills:

    • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, including mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials science
    • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL)
    • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, including mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials science.
    • Experience in structural component design, analysis, and optimization.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials selection.
    • Hands-on experience with prototyping and fabrication.
    • Familiarity with reverse engineering techniques and methodologies.

    • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

    Qualification:

    BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech (Mechanical, Production and Manufacturing)

    Selected candidates will be given the role of Project Associate for 3-6 months, and an employment offer will be made based on their performance.
