    Description

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced B2B Product Manager with a minimum of 7+ years of overall experience and at least 5+ years in Product Management roles, preferably in CRM Products or Sales-focused SaaS products (such as Salesforce).

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and execute the end-to-end product roadmap and strategy for our sales enablement & customer service platforms.
    • Collaborate extensively with cross-functional leaders across sales, customer service, marketing, and engineering to deliver solutions and build the most suitable platform for MSMEs and Enterprises.
    • Drive a well-structured scale up of all team and products as the business grows rapidly.
    • Monitor and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify and respond to new opportunities based on market research, trends, customer feedback, and requests.

    Requirements:

    • Strong B2B Product Manager profile with a minimum of 7+ years of overall experience and at least 5+ years in Product Management roles.
    • Hands-on experience creating wireframes, information architecture, custom workflows, and designs.
    • Experience driving adoption of the platform with stakeholder teams.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • B.E / B.Tech / MBA Education
