- Experience on TWS IWS batch console Scheduling jobs in IWS cancelling jobs and running jobs manually
- Basic understanding in creating jobs in windows
- Perform Batch monitoring creating editing scheduling deleting batches
- Monitor server and URL related issues
- Ability to work in 24x7 project and adopts to shift rotation easily
- Prepare patching compliance report
- Experience in SCCM patching tool
- Maintain server Matrix and ensure proper communications are done to the teams
- Basic understanding on Windows Operating system
- Troubleshooting service related issues
- Managing Major Incidents ensuring that they are logged progressed updated authorized expedited and resolved efficiently
- Demonstrated experience in Monitoring tool user administration and security best practic
